Refund Guarantee
At Mirathis (operated by Naumera, UAB), we want you to be satisfied with our Service. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date — no questions asked.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Eligibility
Eligible for refund:
- •Monthly subscriptions: Request made within 14 days of the initial purchase or the most recent renewal.
- •Annual subscriptions: Request made within 14 days of the initial purchase or the most recent renewal. A pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.
- •Accidental or duplicate purchases.
- •Service was significantly unavailable or non-functional during the refund period.
Not eligible for refund:
- •Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase or renewal date.
- •Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- •Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (as outputs vary by nature and are not guaranteed for accuracy).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Contact Support
Send an email to support@mirathis.pro with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email and the reason for your request.
Verification
Our team will verify your purchase details and eligibility within 2 business days.
Refund Processed
Once approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle. Funds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation & Renewal
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:
- •You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- •Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current period ends.
- •No partial refund is issued for unused time within the current billing period (unless within the 14-day refund window).
- •Your data will be available for export for 30 days after the subscription ends.
European Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This includes a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights.
